JACK SMITH'S testimony before the House Judiciary Committee was made public on New Year's Eve. In the testimony he says that in his opinion he had evidence beyond a reasonable doubt of possibly criminal acts by Donald Trump in connection with Trump's claims of election fraud, and the events on January 6.
