Please join us for some harmony on a farm, or as we like to call it: FARMONY!

The Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture is presenting a weekend of chamber music in the barn for adults and kids.

Near Tarrytown, NY, Stone Barns is a working farm (it also used to be the Rockefeller Estate) and it is the home of Blue Hill at Stone Barns, a superlative restaurant run by celebrity chef Dan Barber.

The grounds are gorgeous. It is 35 min. north of Manhattan and easy to get to by car or train.

Enjoy a concert, walk around, see the animals, shop the farmers market, try and get a reservation at the restaurant if you can... It is a perfect getaway from the grind of the city.

SCOOP

Scoop is a great little film. It's pleasantly funny, and interesting from beginning to end. There's just a little seasoning of the supernatural, and much of Woody Allen's newly ripened sardonic humor and bittersweet comedy and tragedy. Woody needs more variety in his acting style, but his jokes are aging nicely along with their targets. Scarlett Johansson delivers another terrific performance. I enjoyed myself thoroughly at this little film, and that is a strong recommendation!
