I've never seen the Irish Rep's version of A Child's Christmas in Wales. But the original, written by Dylan Thomas, is terrific.  And the Irish Rep is a reliably terrific theater. 

A rare and special treat these days to have a new production of Dylan Thomas in NY!

(Irrelevant side note -- after acting classes at HB Studio our favorite spot was Dylan Thomas' famous hangout at the White Horse Tavern.)
