THE FACEBOOK DEVELOPER CONFERENCE

F8 - The Facebook developer conference, will go live on Tuesday April 30 at 1:00 PM (NY time) -- in 3D 360 VR for anyone that has Oculus Venues on a headset such as Oculus GO.
At 1 O'clock, the event will kick-off with a keynote address, probably by Mark Zuckerberg.
The program will continue through Wednesday. There is another keynote on Wednesday, May 1, also at 1:00 (NY time).
Other sessions may also be streamed live. Many will be recorded, then posted online after the event.
The focus of the event is the main Facebook product. However, there will be sessions on webXR, Facebook Stories, Machine Learning, Speech and Audio Research, AR Music, Mobile AI, several talks on Spark AR, and several talks on Games.
It is possible that the Oculus Quest, a standalone, inside-out tracking, move-around headset, promised for "Spring 2019", which is likely to be the best VR headset yet, will begin selling at the event.
