TOMORROW'S HARVEST from STONE BARNS & DAN BARBER
Big news for lovers of good food! Dan Barber, student & patron of good food, executive chef & co-owner of Blue Hill (among the best restaurants in the world), is moderating a series of programs at Stone Barns on "the future of food and farming in a changing world."
Speakers include Michael Pollan, and many other experts. Anyone who has been to one of the thematic evenings at Blue Hill at Stone Barns knows how terrific these events can be. (Note: This event seems to be a lecture only. My advice, book a reservation at Blue Hill at Stone Barns when you reserve a seat at the talk!)
