Nikki Glaser made history last year as the first solo female host in the show's history. She returns for her second consecutive year.
Born in 1984, Glaser is a veteran stand-up comedian and actress who has hosted everything from FBoy Island to her own Comedy Central talk show, Not Safe with Nikki Glaser. She is a self-proclaimed "Swiftie" and recently taped a sold-out comedy special for Hulu.
The film side is dominated by Paul Thomas Anderson’s "One
Battle After Another," with 9 nominations, including a Best
Actor nomination for Leonardo DiCaprio. Closely following is the Norwegian
drama "Sentimental Value" with 8 nominations. On the
television side, the third season of "The White Lotus" is the
clear frontrunner with 6 nominations, including multiple nominations for
its supporting cast.
So far, (8:36 PM Jean Smart, last), I do not know why, the last person on each list, alphabetically, has won.
